Architecture, Renovation & Interiors

Reimagining Everyday Living.

We thoughtfully transform existing houses through architectural planning, spatial design, bespoke interiors, and precise craftsmanship, creating comfortable and timeless homes made for everyday life.

02 / About Us

Measured in millimeters.
Experienced in lifetimes.

We approach interior architecture differently. We don't just decorate; we examine the structural flow, daylight paths, and the way you genuinely live in your home.

Over a decade of practice has taught us that true luxury isn't an abundance of finishes, but the absolute precision of layout and proportion.

PHILOSOPHY / 01

Structure before surface

Layout, daylight, and circulation are resolved on paper long before colors and materials are even discussed. Good bones make everything else effortless.

PHILOSOPHY / 02

Fewer, better moves

One well-placed opening usually does more for a room than a full refit. We look for the most impactful architectural intervention first.

PHILOSOPHY / 03

Built to be lived in

Materials are picked for how they age with a family, not for how they photograph on the first day. Patina is planned, not prevented.

Before any finish is chosen we track how sun moves across the plot through a full day. Openings, ceiling heights and reflective surfaces are then sized against that path.

  • 01Morning light is kept for kitchens and breakfast areas.
  • 02Midday glare is softened by deep reveals and shading fins.
  • 03Evening light is guided into living spaces through pale finishes.
  • 04Artificial lighting fills only what daylight cannot reach.

06 / FAQS
01How long will it take?

How long does a renovation usually take?

A single room refit runs six to nine weeks on site. A kitchen or bathroom is usually eight to twelve. A whole-house renovation with structural work sits between four and seven months, plus six to ten weeks of drawing and approvals beforehand. We issue a dated programme at the end of the planning stage and update it every Friday.

ANSWER 01 · PROGRAMME
02Can we stay in the house?

Can we keep living in the house during works?

Often yes, if the work is contained to one floor or one wing. We phase the programme so a working kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom stay available, and we seal off dust routes. For structural work, roof openings or full rewiring we recommend moving out for that stage only — usually two to four weeks — and we tell you honestly at the planning stage which it will be.

ANSWER 02 · OCCUPATION
03How is the budget handled?

How do you handle budget and costs?

We start from your figure, not from a wish list. Costs are split into structure, services, finishes and furniture, so you can see where money is going and where to hold back. A ten percent contingency is written in from day one for what older buildings hide behind plaster. Any change over a set amount is priced and approved by you before work continues.

ANSWER 03 · COST
04Do you handle permits?

Do you take care of drawings and permits?

Yes. We prepare the measured survey, planning drawings and construction detail set, and we submit them for approval on your behalf. Where structural calculations or specialist reports are needed, we brief the engineer and fold their work into our set. You receive a full drawing pack at handover for your records and for any future work.

ANSWER 04 · APPROVALS
05Can you work with our things?

Can you design around furniture we already own?

Always. Existing pieces are measured and drawn into the plan like any other element, and they often set the proportion of a room better than anything new. Where something no longer fits we suggest reupholstery, refinishing or relocating it to another room before proposing a replacement. Nothing is discarded just to make a scheme look tidier.
